Trying to figure out how to do more photos easily, but it's not obvious. I have to be on line to do *anything*, so this might be few and far between. (I have since figured things out a bit more)
We've been travelling around in this big RED tour bus: : ^)
Yesterday we went to the W.E.B. Du Bois home here in Accra, where he lived when he was here. He was a hero of Ghana and counsel to the first President of Ghana Kwame Nkume.
On the way we took a quick tour of the campus of U. Ghana (where we are staying), and the first stop was the first chance anyone had to take pictures. Really: this was NOT posed....
Went to the most amazing market after that! Mile after mile, block after block, deep, deep, deep into it. Finally got to the spot where some of us bought printed fabric. I bought some from the pile on the left.
Ande then a great lunch at the Kountry Kitchen:
More adventures today - stay tuned!
